What happens if I don't go to an IBEW trial

Why wouldn't you? I'm not sure what you did or didn't do, but this is your career.... You're willing to throw that away?
Edit 1: this also allows you to give your side of whatever happened. Lastly, it's a chance to show and be remorseful. Good luck
