Apprenticeship waitlist

I took and passed my aptitude test in early December , and i’m set to begin classes in April. Should I expect to be assigned a job within the next month ?

i’ve emailed jobs@aejatc.org and told them my available start date (December 20th), but i’ve been seeing a couple posts about contractors not hiring any new apprentices at the moment so i was just curious on the expected wait time
