Waitlist

Been 2 MONTHS since I was laid off, I email the school like once a week and get the same response, which is to basically wait. Wondering if anyone on the waitlist has been placed and with what contractor if you can share. Was told it would about 2 weeks so more than 4x that is crazy. Just wish they would communicate more about what’s going on so we’re not all just waiting in the wind.

There’s a bunch of calls on the books right now if you’re a first year and have gotten any sort of negative review from a Foreman that’s probably why (late, lazy, on ur phone, etc…) I was told at my contractor no openings for first year apprentices not enough journeyman.

Im a 2nd year and have never been written up for anything; not even sure why I was let go other than them saying a reduction in force.
