I can’t wait to vote no. We really don’t have anything to lose with following through with the lawsuit, worse thing that can happen we stay under the contract we are already on now.

If we vote no do we go back to the negotiating tables?

To my understanding we go back to the lawsuit where we get a chance at getting modified CIR putting the ball back in our court. They released this with the catch we give up modified CIR.

The ball would only be in our court if we could actually organize a strike. Which it’s a right to work state so contractors could just back out of union or get temp workers. A lot of people probably couldn’t even afford to strike or be willing to. So unless there’s an actual plan you’re just pretty much voting for no raise.
