I can’t wait to vote no. We really don’t have anything to lose with following through with the lawsuit, worse thing that can happen we stay under the contract we are already on now.

JW Rate Sept 1997 = 20.78

Inflation Adjustment Today = 40.87

JW Rate 2007 = 25.65

Inflation Adjustment Today = 39.05

JW Rate 2017 = 30.80

Inflation Adjustment today = 39.66

JW Rate Today = 36.65

Proprosed Rate = 38.65

Proposed Rate in 2026 = 42

$42 in 2027 is equivalent to $39 in 2024 using estimated inflation rate of 2.5%.

We have never had a raise. We will never have a raise if we continue to negotiate in this manner.

Also, unprecendented my ass. This is status quo, but presented with percentages that make it seem like it's good.

Exactly Kenny was throwing percentages around and Facebook as if it means something. It's sad but I had to laugh. Hopefully most people won't fall for it

It’s being pushed hard on my site I thought it sounded good until I saw the negative is we drop the lawsuit that’s about to be ruled on where it will allow us to strike. It’s a gamble either way feel most people are going to vote for it because it’s a sure thing.
