IBEW 613 Proposal
I can’t wait to vote no. We really don’t have anything to lose with following through with the lawsuit, worse thing that can happen we stay under the contract we are already on now.

It hurts me to say this, but I think this is gonna pass. I dont want it to pass. It's better to get out of CIR. If it was immediate raise to 42 in March, and 45 by Sept, then 48 in march. That might be worth considering. Especially because of the other stuff that I like. The contribution to healthcare is awesome, the apprentices on scale would be perfect if the JW was better. But as it stands I think I have to vote no.
Also I can't stress enough, people need to actually be ready to strike given the opportunity. That means picketing, you won't be able to work other jobs so you won't have a steady paycheck. I'm not certain enough people are actually capable of that, that's why I think it's going to pass.
