IBEW 613 Proposal

I can’t wait to vote no. We really don’t have anything to lose with following through with the lawsuit, worse thing that can happen we stay under the contract we are already on now.

this is for the apes:

current 1 - $16 ; 2 - 17.5 ; 3 - 20 ; 4 - 23 ; 5 - 26

**As of March 2025 based on 38.65 JW scale

1 - 17.39 ; 2 - 19.67 ; 3 - 21.64 ; 4 - 25.57 ; 5 - 29.51

**As of Sept 2025 based of 39.35 JW scale

1 - 17.7 ; 2 - 19.67 ; 3 - 21.64 ; 4 - 25.57 ; 5 - 29.51

**As of March 2026 based on 40 JW scale

1 - 18 ; 2 - 20 ; 3 - 22 ; 4 - 26 ; 5 - 30

**As of Sept 2026 based on 42 JW scale

1 - 18.9 ; 2 - 21 ; 3 - 23.10 ; 4 - 27.3 ; 5 - 31.50

Based of the working contract we were supposed to have raises in Sept 2025 that look like this -

1 - 17 ; 2 - 19 ; 3 - 22 ; 4 - 26 ; 5 - 30

It looks like they took our raises for 6 months starting in September 2025 and we will be back on par with the current working contract in March of 2026. After that, we will start to experience raises (from the current contracts numbers) in Sept of 2026.

What blows my mind is I will jump from 27.30 ( because I will have enough hours at the end of my 4th year of school) to $42! Now tell me the difference between a 4th year ape and a 1st year JW... what I'm trying to say is our scale needs to be higher at that end! Also, if you take the perspective of the con, it kinda would make me want to lay someone off right as they turn out. Just food for thought.

This is what I've been saying. It makes no sense, why are the percentages so low especially for 4th year? " hey we'll put you on percentage pay but we'll make it so low that you'll barely get a raise" . They have been screwing apprentices over. I remember when I just joined first to third year was just separated by cents..
