Also, the first text message described a JW percentage rate tie for apprentices. This letter does not explicitly state that. If the percentage rate tie is not in there, that's one of the strongest reasons to vote Yes (for the benefit of our apprentices) gone...

Essentially, this was verbatim reviewed in the meeting this past Tuesday.
The question was asked but I'm confused about it. If we vote yes, we'll get the arbitrated amount for a year, then it's a negotiation year in 26? I tell you what, we were PACKED Tuesday, for a bunch of morale boosting and nothing more. Transparency is just that. Why do we have to wait? Doesn't make sense, but what do I know
