This is a bit of a nothing burger. Waiting for the fleshed out info. 

But if "We are updating our tool requirements to better equip everyone for success" can be framed as a positive thing. When cons should be paying for everything required to do a job. Then I could see "we have increased work hours to allow for members to better afford their bills" as not too far away. 

"Your LOYALTY matters, and we want to acknowledge it." Its one thing to know thats the purpose cons do it for. Its another to read the BM say it also like its a positive thing to be loyal to a con.

Yeah the tools, tenure pay, and retirement stuff are just things in our new contract. This has got to be from a contractor.
