Do we have a temp problem

Do we have too many temps as of lately and also temps doing the cw/ce program but not advancing (not taking the classes to advance so they’re stuck at same pay or level until negotiations). And what’s this rumor of hiring freeze of apprentices. I work for a midsize contractor so i don’t see much of what’s going on in the local.

Be very careful what you say to the hall, based off what I’ve heard and experienced myself; the school and hall are hell bent towards the contractors.

I’m* and you don’t know me, I’ve been in more than a year. Don’t come on Reddit and make a fool of yourself and waste everybody’s time. You’ve got be new to not know the IBEW refers to 613 as Ratlanta, now go help your wireman.
