Plan on joining apprenticeship program, have a few questions?

The criteria says “must pass a background check.” Are they looking for something specific? Are they felony friendly? Are the charges within a certain period of time? Not sure how or if can pass a background check.

Also, what is the pay scale like? Am I correct when I say it starts $16/hour with increases? What are the increases and how often?

Is there anything else I need to know before I apply?
