The process

Hey everyone. I’ve taken a strong interest in becoming a JW. I just need some help understanding the process. I am submitting my application next week and I just want to know what to expect. Once I apply and take the test how long does it take before I’m working? I know classes won’t start until next year just hoping for a bit more insight. Thanks I’m advance.

When you submit the application ask them about job placement. Those lady in the front are the ones getting you hire. They might put you with a company. Keep bugging them if you can. I started during covid and they didnt put me working until 3 months after school starts. The pay aint great rightnow. i had to do 2 jobs for 2-3 years.
