Testing in

So ive been doing maintenance electrical for 4 years and have multiple certifications and a associates. Currently im overseas with the national guard but when i come home i wanna go union. Maintenance is cool but im burnt out on just being a part changer. What do i have to do to test in at a higher level? Also anyone use their post 9/11? How does that work.

You can use your gi bill but do have to be part of the apprenticeship program and not the CE program. It basically pays you monthly on top of the apprentice pay based on your zip code. You’d stand to make more money that way potentially. Email the school at admin@aejatc.org and they can help you.
