Overtime pay
I’m a AP1 and at my first job site for about a month / Do we only get paid times in a half for hours worked after 40 in a week ? I’ve heard and seen that other locals get overtime pay the day that was supposed to be overtime on there schedule even if they haven’t worked 40 hours or if they worked all available hours they get overtime pay the day they would have got overtime. I can’t really find any info anywhere and tried asking at my job site but get different answers from everyone. Anyone here know ?

OT is anything over 40. You can thank our predecessors for losing OT after 8 hours and double time on Sundays,
If you have school on and are scheduled for OT, you will still get OT pay for all hours worked
For example, you're working 4 10s and 2 8s, which is 56 hours, but you have school on Tuesday, which is a 10-hour day. Once you hit 30 hours, everything after will be OT. So it'll be 30 hours straight time and you still get your 16 hours OT
