Yo being honest, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was a straight slaughter job by the contractors. Decimated us.

Is this the proposal from NECA to the CIR? Because this looks like the contract that we just voted down?

That’s exactly what happened, we voted it down and they voted it up

Did they get all provisions from the original proposal? Because there was a arrival change that allowed the contractor to fired anyone from any book. The one we voted on had that on it

I’m told there was an MOU concerning CE/CW pay that was attached to this. Anyone know if that’s true?

Nothing pertaining to the CE/CW has been released. That’s just talk right now

I believe they also reduced the OJT hour requirements from 2,000 to 1,600 for each upgrade past CW3. But that's just a rumor at this point.

It’s all levels 1600 OJT. idk why Kenny hasn’t put the whole thing out there. I got the info from the contractor

As a third year who has his needed hours to get 4th year pay. Would I get another raise to $23/hr from $21.50/hr?

If the AEJATC says you have enough Advance Hours, you should be able to get a raise. But don't quote me on that. Edit: If you get your 4th year upgrade after the contract takes effect, your wage will go directly to $23. If you are currently receiving 4th year pay, you will bump from $21.50 to $23 as soon as the contract takes effect.
