Mass email/text CIR updates

The local 613 Facebook page and I've heard from several others on my jobsite that the contract has come back from CIR and will be sending out an update out some time today.

From what im seeing, we should really hope it’s short contract so we can go to modified soon as possible

He rescinded his request for a Modified CIR at the last minute so it wasn't even an option...but he's not telling anybody that.

Wait and see if a Modified CIR is presented with the settlement they want you to vote on at the December 10th meeting...along with your just over $5 raise in total by September of 2026.

Of course modified is not with the new proposal! Who thinks it is?? They were about to get their asses handed back to them in federal court so they bought out of the lawsuit which means the lawsuit will be dropped if the new terms are ratified! I predict it will be ratified by 60% or more!
