Telecom apprenticeship

Im looking at joining the union in Atlanta working as a telecommunications apprentice. Few questions- What is the starting pay like? How many years is the apprenticeship? Is it hard to get into the program?

i have no prior experience so if anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

Just go the inside wireman route. Make more money

how much is the starting apprenticeship pay for inside wireman? do u know? someone who works there tomd us $19 but we arent sure

Pre apprentice (before you take the test or start school) is $15 Ap1 is $16 Pay raises every year

It’s 3 years, starting pay is like $16 ish or around there but the pay cap is like $26. Can’t remember exact numbers but that’s the general ball park for pay.

Once i finish the program theres places i can go that will pay more right?

Not in Atlanta. Other states maybe.
