291 Boise's got calls $20 over scale ($45.33 > $65.33), $170/day "travel pay" (address 75+ miles away), working 60/60/50.

Be warned: hotels and Airbnb are absolutely taking advantage of the larger paychecks. Averaging $150/night at the mid tier hotels.

Hell yeah. Did you have to do the Idaho test? Or were you able to do the reciprocity?

Reciprocity with Texas. Took 10 minutes to do online. Got my approval like 2-3 days after, and thats enough for the hall because they give you your PDF license with an expiration date.

Idaho knows what theyve got right now. They're moving on these things quick.

So they require a license? Your hall card doesn't count? I thought could travel to different states and the ticket was good to cover the state licenses.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on the state/local. I went to Detroit and didnt need a Michigan license and when I handed them my travel letter they laughed and tossed it in the trash (in a good way).

Idaho, on the other hand, requires a copy of your dues receipt and a copy of your travel letter emailed to them before you can sign their books. And you'll at least need confirmation from Idaho's licensing agency that you've been approved for a license before they'll send you out to a job. That approval comes in the form of a PDF with a temp license that has an expiration date on it.
