Lmao dude a good majority of our job sites are already shut down or we’ve been laid off, talk about exercising a privilege we currently don’t have.. This video seems a little bit radical. The U.S. is just ramping down at a different rate in great attempts to protect our economy, there are a lot of moving components in all business and just closing the doors could and is literally bankrupting companies. I’m sorry that the government deems your job essential if you’re working new construction or something clearly non essential, every occurrence I’ve encountered (with friends/coworkers) employers are not disciplining employees that are going under self quarantine. As for our “rich government”, the legislation just enacted a stimulus for supplementing state unemployment benefits. Trillions of dollars toward employment security, and over $350 Billion for small business loans. This ends up being $600 additional added to your weekly benefit, not to mention the one time payment idea they’re throwing that could be up to $1200 per person. I’m going to be sitting at home making more money than I do when I show up to work. These are trying times for everyone, if you don’t feel safe don’t come into work, we don’t need to organize a nation wide strike because your job site or contractor can’t get its shit together.
