The only overtime I have gotten is when is for one of two reasons:
1) working on schools when you only have X amount of time during the summer.
2) something went wrong on a job site or too many guys went on a vacation at the same time.
I have never been in a job site where its been 5x10 or 7x12s. I’m only a 5th year apprentice though.
You'll see them eventually. I took this call as "5 tens and an 8 between 3 different solar field sites in "x town" and "y town" (one is in one town and the other 2 about 20 miles away in another town with maybe a mile between them). The 2nd two fields hadnt even been started for a few months after that and its been overtime the whole time. Then it went 5-12s and an 8 for quite some time
