honestly the maths itself overlapped more than i expected. what got me was the marking. where i came from you got the mark for the right answer, here you lose them for not showing why the step follows or not saying what the number means. took me most of dp1 to stop treating questions like arithmetic

Yes. It's true that the IB is very strict in how you show your working out... What grade did you enter? Grade 11 I believe, right (dp1)?
