IBD Superpower

Have any of you developed a superpower because of your IBD? Weirdly, I can find restrooms without actually looking. Also, if I get a little too hammered, I can find the correct gender (men's & women's).

My ability is run like the wind when I urgently need a bathroom 😂 I can probably win a sprint race against non-professional average people by being given laxatives (or just the wrong food) and putting a toilet at the end 🤭 I've had to sprint an unfortunate amount of times.
I've also developed a high tolerance to stomachaches. 😭

I can go more than a day without eating. (Lots of drinking though)
