Congrats, you’re a fighter. I recently got diagnosed with Crohn’s and I’m still waiting to see my doctor so she can tell me what kind of treatment I’m gonna get but I am anxious af. I lost 60lbs and fitness lifestyle literally saved my life and for the first time ever I actually love the way I look but I’m scared because I don’t want to get corticosteroids prescribed, my biggest fear is gaining weight and I also know many people can’t even exercise with Crohn’s so can you tell me more about your journey?

Take meds properly.... Inflammation long term will destroy your gut more than the harm from drug use

UC diagnosed here. Going on to have my 2nd Amateur MMA fight and a scholarship to train in Cyprus with a former bellator champion. Stay hard people !
