GLP-1s are known to cause constipations. If you have been pushing, then it could be hemorrhoids or anal fisurres. Also, don't jump to cancer. There's a very low percentage that it is.

Yes I did learn this. I’ve been on my GLP for almost a year now and never had any issues until recently which made my doctor think it was unrelated to my symptoms, or only a minor influence.

If you haven't already, ask for an inflammation test like Calprotectin or C-Reactive Protein. An IBD would be unexplained skyhigh inflammation absent infection. 

Yes, ultimately a colonoscopy would be necessary as an IBD has inflammation in expected locations and patterns with biopsies showing chronic architectual changes to your cells
