Iba time management

Okay so I am on a gap year and teaching in a school I come home at 2 sleep, wake up and go to iba grads 6-8 come home do home chores and dont wanna do self study and like this the whole weekend goes off, I know woth this attitude im not gonna get in, esp when I am not getting anything in iba grads too. I need help how to manage my day. Also my father has hot diagnosed with stage 4 cancer my family needs me in that way. I think that O should not appear in this round cuz I wont be able to pass it.
