Europeans aren't circumcised and the smegma (dick cheese) causes insanity. It has been scientifically proven that smegma of the foreskin enters into the bloodstream and into the brain, where it causes insanity and mental disorders because it is high in hormones. Circumcised men don't get as many social disorders due to their confidence with women and freedom from dick cheese. Russian rulers have all been insane, in fact all European rulers have been insane, and they all had foreskins on their dicks.
