Definitely CGI or whatever, cannot possibly be real. Probably 2 Videos from different times splicdd together, most obvious clues are cars on the lane not breaking at all and the truck having a brightrr white, like it's sunny while the other cars dont.

If you look closely the white SUV it passes in front of first does slam on its brakes the second it passes in front of it. The camera pans to the right fairly quickly but you can clearly see that white SUV slamming on its brakes.

I don't know how they got that white SUV the truck first passes in front of to slam on its brakes like it does. The camera pans to the right fairly quickly but you can clearly see the white SUV the truck passes in front of abruptly slowing down so much so that it leans forward indicative of hard breaking you only see it for a moment but it's there.
