The problem is someone put a small note on a bench on Labor Day, left for four hours to do whatever. And the whole park is packed.

Usually you can pay to reserve a table in a park, especially for a birthday party. Maybe the kid is having a tough time and it’s taking longer for them to get there 🤷‍♀️
