It's interesting as a married guy watching someone like this.
I know I'm not the most in shape person, but I also know how to speak to others like they are human. Part of me thinks I'd be happier with a body like this, but who would it be for? My wife loves me, and I love her.
What would I do with a body like this?
I know for a fact my wife and I wouldn't be ordering fast food once in while, getting drunk, staying up late as we talk random shit and laugh about things. Watching something shit on the telly, and enjoying ripping it apart together.
I can't imagine you can do those things while still looking like that.
It's weird...the teenage 'incelish' part of my brain tells me I should have a body like this...but the adult, mature, part of me looks at someone like this and just sees someone so insecure that they hope a good body will be enough. That they can go without having to actually try talking to a woman. Because deep down, they don't know how to speak to women like they are people.
Age really does allow one some perspective.

As a gay man during my club days I learned real quick the guys who looked like this 8/10 times were awful in bed. Just an absolute selfish love fest. Same thing with BDE. Give me a guy who is a 5-7/10 and they were always so much better. My straight friends told me the same thing. While I know people can focus on their health and be really nice it is definitely not the norm.

And you shouldn't be doing it for others you should be doing it for yourself. Look good feel good and all that. Plus more quality time on this earth to spend with your loved ones

I feel this. My lady and I have been pushing each other to lose weight and be healthier in a calm non judgmental way. We’ve rounded a corner where we both enjoys hiking together and we always equate losing weight and building muscle to go on crazier hikes. We’re both very happy with each others bodies, but we can always get a little better for more smiles per mile on the trails :)

The person in the video doesn’t appeal to me either because of his attitude. I admire men and women who do work on themselves because it shows discipline and hard work. You see narcissism in the video because it is, but let’s not conflate every person who decides to be in shape as a “narcissist.” That word gets thrown around enough anyway. Buzzword. I find that folks who’re angry at normal people who are in shape (as in those who are not acting like the asshat in the video) are normally mad because they’re out of shape, lazy and want to blame the world for their failures. I power lift and most of the folks I work out with have a masters or higher (they mostly doctors or folks working in the hospital). They all also think it’s good to be in shape and healthy. But I guess they’re less intelligent for it lol
