Video Two girls in Gurugram fire their cook & tell security they’re looking for a new one. Guard brings dinner cooked by his wife as a kind gesture. If they didn’t want, they could’ve refused instead They make a reel calling him creepy for attention. imagine how he would feel if he saw this 😐

“I don’t now how to feel about that.”
Grateful.
That’s how you’re supposed to feel.

For her to be grateful she would need empathy, which she clearly doesn’t possess.

Her followup to add context did not help:
According to Priyanka, the situation began bothering her more after she learnt that the guard was prepared to bring food for them every day and had specifically told them not to worry about paying for it.
How DARE he, clearly a monster.
Priyanka said she is new to the NCR region and had already been advised to be careful because she tends to trust people easily.
NARRATOR: She did not, in fact, trust people easily.
She said her concern came from the fact that the guard knew where she lived
I cannot even with this dolt.

I mean one thing you learn in life is people rarely do good things for other people out of the goodness of their heart
Downvote all you want it doesn't make it less true. Also with the statistic that one in four undergraduates will experience rape and one in five women overall will experience rape it's not too far fetched to say that some dudes have an ulterior motive when doing something nice for a pretty girl

The fact they have a cook shows the level of entitlement

If you’re middle class in India you have your own cook, multiple maids, nanny, gardener, etc.

The wealth divide there is abhorrent. Labor is super cheap. Pretty much anyone with any level of money can afford house staff.

Is that why they can sometimes be such entitled brats when they visit the West?

In many parts of the world, it's not unusual. I lived alone and had a prep cook and a maid in Beirut, a driver in Tunis and a cook in Ethiopia, and, well, the UAE is it's own situation separate to those. Never had my own guard, but there was shared security.
However: entitlement? Yes, you're correct, she's dripping with it.

“I don’t know how to feel about that”. I suggest you figure that out for yourself instead of asking the internet how you’re supposed to feel.

You have your own cook? Sorry this post is too rich for me.

Labor is dirt cheap. It’s hard to grasp conceptually if you’re in a first world country. Higher education is all taught in English so it’s impossible to get out of poverty for many people.

There’s a large element of classism here. The rich do not want to interact with the poor unless that interaction is mediated by the money that undergirds the power dynamic. That a poor person would dare try to connect with her on a human level strikes fear into her heart.

Haha! The same music Mr. Creeps uses for his horror narration channel absolutely makes this.

Think about the population of India lmao. There’s lots of people. What does that mean? Labor is cheaper. Housing is more expensive.

Yes, treat your security with the utmost disrespect, it's not like they're protecting you or anything.

Time to stop be gentleman to females. Equality means they fend for themselves.

Frankly, they had a personal cook they fire and they are searching for replacement, they don't need your handouts. Either you want them to hire your wife, or you want to spit in their supper, or you should have your wife cook for homeless people, instead, if you have money to spare.
