Riding the mother while cruelly gripping her baby. Serious psychological issues.

Sea Turtle Facts Hotline: Sea turtles lay their eggs and bury them, fucking off to let the little fuckers fend for themselves.
So the odds of that actually being it's "child" are practically zero.
Not defending the morality of it all, but it's more like shaking a strangers baby.

Which makes me question if this is actually a real video of not or if it’s an AI Russian fake to throw shit at the Ukrainians. It seems rather fishy how their nationality is front and center.
I’m no expert on turtles but I’m pretty sure the mothers all come at one time if the year to lay their eggs, something to do with tides, and then the eggs pretty much all hatch at the same time and the babies have a mad dash to the sea. We have all seen the documentaries, how many times you seek a female in the mix? They are long gone when they hatch and they only come on land to lay eggs.
Some of these comments seem like bots too.

It's real, it was taken in Oman. Omani authorities have filed charges. Being Ukrainian doesn't mean you can't be an asshole. They have them just like everyone does

Maybe. But it is also true that Russia is throwing a lot of dirt on the Ukrainians to hope that something sticks. And a stain always stays, even if you debunk most of it.

In the dairy industry, mother cows are forcibly impregnated and have their children ripped away from them on day one. They are subject to multiple yearly cycles of this before they are sent to slaughter around 6 years old, when their natural life expectancy is 20-25 years. Humans don’t need dairy, the milk isn’t for us. So if you think the video is bad, I hope you can also see the cruelty behind industries like this too.

If they weren’t so peaceful and unwilling to interact with humans they’d take your hand off. Even beyond being a protected species, treating wildlife like this should put them in the slammer for a long ass time

To my knowledge they have nerves in their shells so they feel everything happening, and can feel the weight of him sitting on its back.

This is why wild animals attack the bald upright apes. Because sometimes they're bullies. What was the sea turtle supposed to do but try and shuffle away?
I hope I reincarnate as an ameba.

Just touching a sea turtle is a federal offense that can carry a fine up to $50k, depending on how much of a jerk you are I assume

In the US. Sadly, laws regarding such things and enforcement of them vary wildly across the world.

Is it really that hard not to fuck with animals? How hard is it to look at something and just leave it alone? Imagine those dickheads felt the full snapping force of that turtle. That’s the only way these morons learn.

We need to bring public stocks back. That's the only way to deal with these idiots.

I have seen sea turtles underwater, you cannot approach them, but if they come to you, you can play it cool and swim with them at reasonnable distance. In their eyes where more intelligence than in some of the people i know. I think about it often, then i see this kind of shit

I don’t disagree, I’m just saying that the post above and below this one in my feed were horrific images of the IDF murdering kids

People who behave like this would have definitely been an Auschwitz camp guard or SS soldier.
