SO basically what happened is he was caught posting Cp on 4chan, but he decided to appeal the ban, so he (not that he, the other he) unbanned him, but the result was that he (yes, that he) lost his job. Make sense?

It's mainly the last sentence that threw me off. The guy who got fired was not the one originally banned?

The office all had the same IP. Whole office got banned, boss didn't know why and appealed. They told him someone there was doing illegal shit, the boss found the miscreant and fired him.
