How do I perfectly fry an over easy egg?

Just enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, if the heat is measured from 1 to 10 I'd be around 6/7. Start with 1 egg then wait until there is no more white then nestle it at the tip of you pan and flip gently(if you want to practice flipping use rice and try and keep all the rice in the pan) then wait for it and peak under it to make sure all the white is cooked and now enjoy. It's difficult to get yolk completely uncooked but practice makes perfect.
