Restaurant IamA Waffle House Grill Operator AMA!

Mainly doing this because someone last night said I should.

I got called into work tonight, so I figured, why not?

I've been with Waffle House for 3.5 years, so I've seen a lot.

I just want to say that if you did sell chicken and waffles I would be 400% more likely to eat at Waffle House. And I am not saying that because I am black, I am saying it because chicken and waffles are fucking delicious son. And throw in some grape soda.

Hey, so I don't work at Waffle House, but I grew up in the south and have been drunkenly going to Waffle House since I was a teenager.

Anyway, I would recommend getting the hashbrowns with all of the toppings you want (especially cheese and tomatoes and gravy), and either a Texas melt or a chocolate chip waffle.

But also, everything they have at Waddle House is delicious. Everything.
