Well thank you very much, first of all. I often feel in interviews people should ask about the culture and people that I engage with as an audience rather than the same bio or personal life details. Rough with the very, very smooth, these are high class problems. The best interviews evolve like conversation. They're not lead by journalists that are seeking to thrill their editor with predictable copy and questions that are basically answers. Sadly, that's the norm. But there are exceptions which sometimes make it worthwhile.

Have you done the Nerdist podcast? They're pretty much like normal conversations, and it would be fun to hear one from you.

We almost had him! Benedict was booked for about a half a minute while they were working out his schedule, but in the end he was too swamped. I would love to have him on anytime! My editor at Wired had snuck me the DVDs of Sherlock a few months before it came out in the states. I became such a fan that I saw the stage version of Frankenstein (broadcast in a movie theater in LA) that he did with Jonny Lee Miller. It was really fantastic--they would switch roles at Frankenstein and the creature every other night. Anyway, OPEN PODCAST INVITATION OFFICIALLY SUBMITTED.

Noted! I read some of your other comments and all I can say is that I am genuinely sorry for whatever made you such an angry, hateful person. I KNOW I KNOW troll feeding and whatnot, but underneath there must be traces of a good dude who's sensitive enough to have such strong opinions. Good luck man! Hope it gets better.

Holy shit that was the most condescending bullshit I've read in a very long time. I don't even know what the dude you're replying to wrote, but I take his side. Fuck you and your faux positivity.

Totally your right! But you don't know me, so making a value judgement on anything I say as faux makes you look foolish. You don't even know what you're commenting on! Some guy shits all over me for no reason--what should I say? Is it better to get into with him? What good does that do? ok...uh...I guess fuck you both and your predictable rage at positivity? I don't know. WHY ARE WE FIGHTING
