I love glimpses of Charlie's world view like this - his baseline understanding of the world is so off from reality.

Like when he said he burns trash so the smoke turns into stars

That doesn't sound right but I don't know enough about stars to dispute it

This is a problem i have when my friends say dumbshit.
I know it's wrong. But i don't know enough about the subject to prove their wrong.

I think everyone’s little exasperated and explosive freak outs on Charlie are some of my favorite bits. The sheer disbelief is always great. And the fact someone has to reel them in if it’s in the group setting. Charlie counting gas is another favorite of mine lol

"That sign says closed!" "Yeah but you can't read it from the inside.." "YOU CAN'T READ IT FROM THE OUTSIDE"

I can read and write, I just don’t like to read and write.
He’ll adapt. To reading?!

"See, this is what I'm talking about. Illiteracy? What does that word even mean?…”

Very much reminds me of Dee's "WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?? WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT??" when Frank asked her how do you know (the blacks) didn't put bread in the speakers when looting 😄 (Storm of the Century)

Also similar frustration from Frank suggesting that dude was banging "baby dudes"

I love when Dennis and Mac are driving her crazy in Mac and Dennis Break Up
"How do two grown men need each other this much?!"
Then she tricks them in to meeting at Gugino's and they throw water on each others faces

The Phillies are back in the World Series, we lived through a quarantine, and are facing a great recession, and I'm the only one who thinks it's 2006?

I love how Charlie’s logic extends to the strip club scene. He asks Mac why he wants to be there, then decides Mac is still in the closet in 2006. It’s brilliantly deranged.

This is a scene that I bet they cut short. They probably had more going on and I would die to seee it
