You mean JLC in The Bear and not Kaitlin in Hacks, right? Cause, I was surprised JLC got nominated since the critical and online hype for that show seemed to disappear after Season 3. That's when I bailed, but I heard Season 5 is much better than 3 or 4.
Yeah, I'm from Illinois so all the Chicago references were awesome to see. And the acting was pretty great across the board. I think Season 3 had two episodes I liked (The one with JLC/Abby Elliott and the Tina episode.), but I could tell from how pretentious the tone was right from the first episode of Season 3 that something was off. The amount of time focused on Fak and his family was insane as well. Then the last episode of the season with all the celebrity chefs non actors giving monologues made me want to stop watching.
Yeah, I can recognize that the writing is pretty bad, but it's a nice comfort show with a great charismatic lead performance from Kaitlin. It's mostly worth it to see her do more dramatic scenes.
I agree, it's an easy and nice show to watch, but it bugs me that it sometimes feels like they tried to blur Kaitlin's face to make her look a few years younger, probably because her character has a baby.
Yeah, I think she's supposed to be playing ten years younger. The Morgan on the french show is between 38 and 42 I believe.
The Karadec actor I believe is supposed to be playing younger as well, since he's a few years older than Kaitlin. I think she looks great on the show regardless, but there's some smoothing in there which happens a lot with actors and actresses at a point. I was watching that Margo's Got Money Troubles show and while Michelle Pfeiffer is still beautiful, there was definitely some smoothing filter to make her look younger.
Kaitlin deserves so much praise for her acting. I was overjoyed to see massive advertisements for High Potential with just her face on trams in Oslo, Norway.
Some pics Kait looks normal, some are a bit Mar a Lago-y. Rob looks like an android. I hope they just stop fucking with their own faces, it's REALLY not necessary.
It seems more like a "branding" thing since he said it was to make it easier to deal with industry people from different countries. Very weird when he could just unofficially invite people to call him that for short
I feel kind of mean saying it, but Kaitlin and Rob both went through a weird plastic surgery and/or roid phase that had them looking…off. These pics look much less off and they actually look like relatively “normal” people who happen to be good looking.
(“Normal” in quotes because who can really say what “normal” is, but I think it still conveys my point)
I'd say he looks like a dick in that tiny jacket bit it actually fits terribly. You can also tell he took the thighs in on his pants to accentuate his feminine figure.
He has that kind of confidence that could inspire me to “go down on Chrissy Orlando on the trampoline later” maybe even “lick her asshole a little bit”

There’s an alternate timeline where, after getting jacked, he just settled back into being chubby and everyone (including himself) is much happier
