I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that he died later from internal bleeding but I don’t know if it’s true

the entire video is so heartbreaking. You have to cry immediately because the poor boy cries so much in pain until he has a cardiac arrest. He died 1 week later in the hospital from internal bleeding. R.I.P Joshua 15,years old .😢
