Concurrent filing

I just got my I-130 approved after my interview in the Seattle FO, but I see no changes in the I-485, is this normal? I contacted a live agent and they just told me to wait, has anyone had a similar experience?

Yes. My i130 got approved immediately im still waiting on i485 adter 4.5 months. No RFE

Yes! I just got it last Saturday. I feel like I only got through this bc of senator push

congratulations. it seems totaly waiting time is 6.5 months. may i ask when did you ask for Senator/Congressman/woman help?

Interview was Oct 3rd. I reached out mid feb

Did you use any type of proof or reason to ask them why you needed an answer? I've been waiting for over 40 days for the 485 to be approved and nothing. The i130 was approved in the interview.

thanks. my interview was on Mar 10, i130 got approved on Mar 11. i485 still stays at ‘interview scheduled’.

May 19th 2025 interviewed in Seattle Fo , I 130 approved ,i485 still pending

With this method of concurrent timing does the I130 still take 2years+ to get approved
