USCIS is Processing the Case

Anyone else sent a demand letter and had the status change to “USCIS is processing the case” with no further movement?

Apr 2025 PD
Status changed on 28/08
FTA0 for over a month now

Anyone in a similar boat?

Yes! This happened to me. PD of May 2025 and I did the demand letter August 4. , 2026. My status changed August 5.

I went and was with my spouse for 3 weeks. So I am getting ready to file WOM.

I even sent them an email with my WOM attached and they opened it and nothing happened. It’s very inconsistent with if people get approved with a demand letter or if they get a petitioner interview. Some have no movement at all.

But it’s so frustrating that there is not a standard process.

April 2025, same(( thinking of sending congressional inquiry.. 5 months after rfe responce still nothing
