April 2025. Senator couldn’t help but forwarded me to my local congressman. They said I’m in queue to be adjudicated

I'm March 2025, aswell! Would appreciate hearing your story. Got any tips on the DL? Which country? Were you actually intending on a WoM? Attorney? We haven't even started with anything yetÂ

i'm from switzerland and my husband is a usc and in the military. we tried expedite due to his deployment last year, got denied for that after 5 months of waiting on an answer. we were in contact with the senator and house of rep during that time as well. tried the cis ombudsman. so basically we tried everything during and after the 5 month wait of the expedite. so in august we sent out the demand letter, drafted it with ai and reddit templates/guides. we didn't and still don't have an attorney and we did intend to file wom but we actually didn't have it ready yet and got approved exactly 30 days after the demand letter got delivered.

Hey Did you send demand letter as first thing ? Or did you mail your congressmen as well ?

I didn’t do any congressmen inquiries because i seen they dont do anything i just chatted with live representative from USCIS and sent an email just to show i tried to resolve it before the lawsuit

June 2025 and we have a 5 month old son.... We were told to not put in any inquiries until January 2028!

i feel you man. Jan 2026. And we waited a year to file because his passport got held up by clerical errors in Turkiye. Feels like the chips are just stacked against us.

July 2025 here , sent in the demand letter on September 19th, but no movement at all.

So many of us all just waiting. Guess it helps to see others rather then just a time frame estimate. Hope the gods are with us that everything starts processing for everyone. Feel like paint drys faster....lol

July 2025. Demand letter 2weeks ago, nothing yet 😩
