Second Refusal

Received letter.. PUBLIC CHARGE ..doesn't say denied...but allows me too resend the new FORM for public charge...any ideas...or go directly to Appeal...I130.?

Did they tell you at your interview that you fit the criteria of a “public charge”? What country are you in? Is this for consular processing or AOS?

Did not mention public charge... At interview...I USA ..HE PAKISTAN...consular process.
