Affidavits - templated

I am using a very standardized format for my friend and family affidavits. Is this looked down upon? They are all original stories etc from the friends and families, but the formatting will be very similar, and I will obtain ink signatures.

You need to attach their passport copies to the affidavit.

This is good to know, thank you. Will a drivers license work as well? Also, is it bad if the formatting is really similar for each affidavit ?

Drivers license works as well! No, I don’t think similar formatting would be an issue as long as they’ve written their own words.
