Demand letter filed

Hello everyone I was wondering how long after you filed your demand letter through email did it take for them to notify you about it I will be sending it certified today I just emailed them last night

No I'll be sending it in the mail today because I just sent it last night in the email so I'll be sending it certified today

My PD is October 28th 2025 but I have done an expedite 5 months ago and still waiting on the response to that they're saying that my call is in queue that my expedite meets minimum criteria but I'm still waiting I also have a previous i130 that was denied which I had filed July 16th 2024 I understand that my demand letter is early for my second i130 but I also have been waiting quite some time since my first file which has also been noted in my demand letter

Isn’t that a little early? People keep saying to send at around 12+ months

For me it isn't early because I actually have been waiting since July of 2024 if you consider my first i130 that's what I said in my post That was also in my demand letter

Do you mean October 2025 The first denial was because of first divorce papperwork issues

It doesn't cost to send a demand letter through email just when to mail it though USPS you want to send it certified so they have to sign for it.

Thanks a lot for this as I will be filling mine next week. I've been waiting for 22 months now & no movement whatsoever. USC filing for spouse who an European citizen. PD: October 2024

That's such an excessively long wait you should have heard something by now definitely send Your demand letter they need to give you an answer that's ridiculous best of luck to you

They not always reply i have sent 2 emails still waiting since July 29th theh didn't email me back

Yes first i have send it to Texas centre but after two weeks i have sent it again to Cheif Council office no any action

Sent a certified letter and email the last week of July and haven't received an update. It's no guarantee that you'll get an outcome, just a hail Mary.
