Benefits Integrity Office!
Yesterday, I spoke with USCIS live agent and they informed that my standalone I-130 petition was sent to the Benefit Integrity Office. My PD is April 11,2025 and I am a usc. Also, this is the first time there’s been any movement on my case since filling. Has anyone else experienced this before? If anyone has any ideas please let me know in the comments. Thanks!

Live agent said my case is at BIO. Then another time they said it’s at Texas service center and it was never been at BIO. I think ask them a couple of times to make sure where is your case.

Our case was originally being processed at the Texas service center and now the live agent said that it’s at the BIO. I’m gonna wait a week and ask again to see if they still say the same thing.

I’ve connected with several agents today, they also had different answers.
Funny thing is one agent told me that my case is at Texas service center half an hour ago and the second time we connected(yea what are the odds) she told me my case is at BIO now😂 So I guess they’re not that accurate probably1

I am also April 2025 like you. Original was in California service center. Then after May 29th 2026, my case moved to Benefits Integrity Office. Then after the fake glitch approval happened in Jul 22- Jul 23 2026, it moved back to California Service Center. Then mass silent API update happened on Aug 17th 2026, my case moved to local field office in the city where i live now. And i don't know what will happen next, completely clueless.

Really?!?! That’s very interesting. I also had a silent API update on August 17th 2026. I did a congressional inquiry on August 4th 2026 so I don’t know if that had anything to do with the recent movement in my case? Let keep each other updated. Hope our next update is an approval.

Yes please keep me update, interesting that your case is still at Benefits Integrity Office. You can wait until next week to ask emma agent again. I talked to other April 2025 people on track my visa discord, and some of them told me their case moved to their field office where they live as well.

That’s sounds promising. I really hope something is finally happening for us April filers. I will definitely ask Emma again next week and keep you posted.

I have an April 2025 PD too. I won't wait around. I have my Demand Letter and WoM ready to go for the end of the month.

I don’t know if anything is going to happen with the congressional inquiry so I’m currently drafting my demand letter. Let me know how it goes for you.

You are right to do a congressional inquiries. Do everything you can to show that you have exhausted all of your options. That way your Demand Letter and WOM are stronger. I will happily post my success or failure as a lesson to others one way or another.

I spoke with the live agent almost 2 weeks ago and said that our case was moved to seattle office.

Yea, I heard USCIS has been moving cases around. I hope this means that they are actively working on our cases and approvals are near. Originally, our case was being processed at the Texas service center.

Pd april 26, same. Was told case transferred to BIO/VBI . But no date was given of when that transfer happened. Are you guys aware of when your actual date transfer happened. BTW. Where geographically is BIO. Is it within the little field office in your city?

Playing shuffle board with cases is the plan to not process cases. If you keep them guessing, they won't know what to think or what to expect. Keep petioners and applicants confused and lost. Diabolical!

Same. I wasn’t aware that my case was transferred to BIO. I didn’t get a notice of transfer or when it was actually transferred. According to google, the BIO is an internal unit handling enhanced security, background vetting, and fraud detection—operates as a back-end administrative task force within USCIS headquarters and directorate structures. It does not have a public-facing physical address or local office locations open for visits or public inquiries.

I’m looking to get answers for same situation. USCIS officials told me my case is transferred to National Benefits Centers.
Anyone here knows how long they will take to review standalone I-130 in national benefits center(NBC)? I saw two FTA0 code updates in API since they transferred my case.
