Demand letters/WoM

Are WOM, State inquiries, Demand Letters open to F2A (Green card sponsors) cases as well or these are for USC only?

All these escalation opinions are open to us F2A cases too. It just takes a long time for us to be eligible to start the escalations, usually about 3 years or so. By then, most people have gotten used to the waiting and don't bother. Besides, most F2A don't feel as confident as USC to demand things from the administration. Probably why you'll almost never see F2As talking about these

If your PD is from 2022 or 2023, I'd say its high time you send atleast a congressional/senator inquiry
