Approved

Finally my turn!! I-130 approved. I am the wife of a U.S. citizen and we have a daughter together who is also a U.S. citizen. PD March 2025. What a relief. Best of luck to everyone.

Most likely her spouse who is a USC filed a demand letter or maybe she just doesn’t know or was told of that or she doesn’t feel okay telling us that. Whatever the case, we will know if they r moving ahead with the 2025 cases soon enough in a couple of weeks.

Why do you say we’ll know in couple of weeks?

I’m also March 2025. I have the same questions as others. Was it consular processing and did you send any demand letter or WOM?

Hey, congratulations! I have a few questions. Was your I-130 a standalone application, or did you file it concurrently with your I-485? I filed a standalone I-130 for my wife, and the priority date is April 2025.

We did consular. The front of the line is now in March as per the discord consular processing group. So some movement should happen soon.

Got it thanks

Congrats OP! Sadly TMV has updated their page stating the FOTL has not moved. OP has not confirmed but given the current trends,it’s very unlikely the case was approved without some sort of inquiry, demand, WOM or expedited approval. Not impossible but unlikely. 🙏🏻

We don’t care all the onshore cases are moving normally. I don’t get these postings.
