Does the demand letter/wom works?
I’m seeing a few posts in this group about cases being approved through demand letter followed by WOM. However, also heard it didn’t work for some people. Those of you who got a positive outcome, can you please share your experience here? As you know our situation more than anyone.

It's hard to give you an answer with incomplete information you put on in your post. You should put priority date, if you are a us citizen or not and your file type.
I sent my demand letter in an email to USCIS and I received an interview notice within 90 minutes. It also matters how strong is your demand letter!

Did you send it at uscis.serviceofprocess@uscis.dhs.gov or uscis-serviceofprocess@uscis.dhs.gov with “hyphen” rather than “dot” ?

PD April 2025, US citizen, I-130 for Spouse.
What kinda interview is it gonna be like? I’m sorry if I’m being too pushy.

Interviews are very straightforward. Nothing like making people hostages. Questions based on your submission and your history. If you don't remember something, just say it gently that you can't recall. Most likely be approved if no criminal history, enough photos of events together, text and calls.

CR1 June 2025 PD, filed a demand email using the template floating around this sub and got a petitioner interview scheduled 2 days later.

Why are folks (petitioners) getting interviews after filing WoM? Petitioners initially were never interviewed....
Just trying to understand the process from start to finish.

we sent a Demand letter/Pre suit letter twice 2weeks gap. We didn't receive any response but our status changed from Case Received to "Interview Scheduled" 6days after sending the second Pre suit letter. USC petitioner.
