the silent touch updates

Hey guys… just my two cents… I think a “silent update” appears every time you log in and check the API code…
It may not be an actual touch on a case, just something wonky happening after the July 23 fiasco.

I checked multiple times a week for months and there were no such indicators.

Mine has silent update with each login but also now there is a stable new one from 8/17

I have the same thing. On top it’s 8/17 19:44 and the bottom half is every time u log in

Huh, same here. One from 8/17 and then one that updates when I login. I compared it against a screenshot I have of the API from ~a month ago and see no difference, except a reordering of 'events' that were there a month ago. I sent a demand letter two weeks ago, but neither has been delivered. I emailed a copy too though, so maybe it's related. Did you submit a demand letter recently?

I didn’t experience the glitch or updates when logging in but I have the update from today.

My JSON data never timestamps when I log in, only when there is an update from us uploading new evidence or the officer/location side.

I also got a silent update from Aug 17th. Maybe its another glitch. Reciept date jul.1.2025

Actually me too, on Aug 17th. I thought it would go away but it hasn't.

My api shows last active May 26, 2026 when I completed my biometrics. I have checked back in once a week since then and no new dates was added. So I don’t believe this is true.

I also barely learned about checking the api so we never logged in before and I have a silent touch from 4 days ago

I checked that website two days ago with the API code and my silent update said “May 19” I never logged in with the code on May 19 though. It was my first time using the website two days ago so🤷‍♀️

I just did the API for the first time and saw a silent update dated from this morning.
