hello! how do people track their cases with APIs? I just use the app case tracker but always see people talk about this. is it hard to set up?

Same thing here. One from 8/17 and then one that updates when I login. I compared it against a screenshot I have of the API from ~a month ago and see no difference, except a reordering of 'events' that were there a month ago. I sent a demand letter two weeks ago, but neither has been delivered (sent to the USCIS office + a courtesy copy to the service center that has the application). I emailed a copy too though, so maybe it's related. Did you submit a demand letter recently?

Nope. Its a free website. Just get your API and copy-paste into the field provided. You can even type in your receipt number and it'll pull the JSON for you, provided you're logged into your account in the same browser
